Every shipment is now process via the UK.

If we experience a high volume of orders, please expect some delays - we do not ship during weekends and bank or local holidays.

    • There might be some shipping locations that are limited due to current affairs, as well as covid restrictions and Brexit
    • Some delays may occur due to the above
    • We do not take any custom duties in charge - We will not accept any returns that are not claimed at the post office, if the parcel comes back to us unclaimed, you will not be refunded and you will be charged extra shipping for it to be shipped back. We have had way too many issues with this, which has seriously jeopardised us - please remember you are ordering from a small business.

    Please note that once the parcel is sent, if sent through normal post, we are not responsible for any damages or loss, and you will have to file a complaint through their system

    If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. This depends on the method of shipping used
