All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your package, and you have not notified us with your request for a return, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the safety seal attached and in tact. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been sent and there is proof of postage.
If there is a proof of postage, and that the item is declared delivered by the courier company we have used, we deem ourselves non responsible for its loss if it goes missing.

If you are shipping an item over 75 pounds, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like the nappy covers due to hygienic reasons as well as any swimwear or sale items. Gift cards are only exchangeable.
